AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bellevue

Jeep of Bellevue was incredible. I'm very picky, rarely leave reviews and left grinning from ear to ear with my experience. Mind you, I even paid a couple grand. I called to make an appointment and their service scheduler Deon said that she would collect some more info for me and call me back. She was on top of her game, called me back, and squeezed me in. Once I got to my appointment, Chris my service professional was a higher degree of awesome sauce. He went over everything with me. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and wasn't pushy. Chris was informative and happy. He asked me when I needed my car back, I gave him a few time frames, and he landed the job in completion for the earliest time. Although most of my interaction was with Chris, the entire service department, (even at the checkout counter!!!!) was smiles and happy to help. Jeep Bellevue is not a convenient location for me to get my Jeep serviced. However, because of the great experience, they've earned my business!
