Arcadia Small Engine Repair

Our pressure washer kept stalling out. We did some basic troubleshooting, but no luck. Called on a Saturday morning to see how soon we could get it diagnosed. We were told bring it by. We explained our issues and were given a explanation as to what it might be. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable. Received a call a few hours later, it was ready. Cleaned up the carburetor and old fuel sediment out. Total bill was just under $40.00. We we definitely use this company again for any of our small engine repairs.

Never going here again. When I called and described my problem and asked if he could give me an estimate, he kept saying that "we need to make sure that we take care of ourselves" and basically refused to give me even a ballpark estimate. I took my mower in anyway (my fault, but it needed to be fixed). When my problem was "fixed" I realized he disconnected the headlights to wire up a bypass button to start the mower, and never told me about it. I am very easygoing when it comes to cutting people slack because I know things are tough on every end, but this place was worth the energy to write a bad review.
