Arby's

During my last visit, somebody was in the bathroom for a long time and the lady at the register had to check on him for a couple of times. So she went inside the bathroom, leaving the door open and I saw her knocking on the bathroom door, talking to the guy in there, making sure he was okay. Then when she came back to the counter, she never washed her hands or use hand sanitizer, then in a couple of minutes she went to the fridge, grabbed some onion rings with her bare hands and put them in the fryer which was totally nasty to me. When I saw that, I realized this place is not where I want to come back to, ever again and I would not recommend it to anybody else either.
