Really disappointed in my experience with these people. Having never seen this doctor before, I called to ask if they offered a specific service. The receptionist, being new, nicely told me she would ask the doctor and get back to me. She called me back a few hours later with a very different and rude demeanor, and said "you can't just walk in off the street and get that service" in a very annoyed tone as if I were stupid. All she had to do was simply tell me I need a referral first. I'll get that referral but won't be taking it here.
