I haven't been to the brick and mortar store but the online experience is second to none. The products arrive better than advertised and the team at aquarium Coop is quick to pack and ship. I would say they rival Amazon's speed of delivery. It's been my experience that the 4 times I've ordered I receive my package in the 3 days or less. Pretty awesome for a small business. Cory does an amazing job using his social media presence to keep the hobbyist well informed and puts the right products in their hands to be successful, even if that means steering customers to other venues if need be.
