Called AGUA FUN POOL & SPA to have my pool opened on Wednesday. They come out and open pool but forgot to turn heater on (like I called and specifically asked). Not a big deal I thought. Called them said please send someone out. Thursday went by nobody, Friday went by nobody, Saturday I call several times all I get from the representative is "Everybody wants there pool opened we are trying to get somebody out there." Wouldn't give me a guarantee that anyone be out or that I was even a priority so they can resolve the issue. Didn't get a follow up call with a possible future date? So maybe they'll come out and maybe not...Since it's Saturday afternoon past 4 I think it's gonna be NOT. Did I get a call...NO. I guess customer service went out of style.
