What customer service? I have spent 3 weeks trying to order CPAP supplies after getting a doctor prescription. Apria CA had my order and all related information. Apria WA is unresponsive to my needs, I need a new Dr.'s order, and they will not transfer the information to WA. I have to provide all relevant data as if I am with a new company. And, I'm still waiting for my supplies. The customer service people are defensive about their procedures. When an issue comes up with my order, they take an entire week to process the issue and then call me back.
