I had a freezer that quit working during the night. I called Appliance Tech the next afternoon. I was panicking because I keep a lot of meat in my freezer.
They had a very nice GE frost free freezer in my driveway that evening. We did everything over the phone. A few months later it was freezing up in the corner. Even though it was over the 90 days they were here that evening and only charged me for the call.
I am so pleased with this company. I called Urie about my leaking washer (wasn't bought through them) and he told me everything to check before I paid a service call needlessly.
Now, that's customer service in my book! Great guys, very professional, knowledgeable and take good care of me! Thanks, wouldn't go anywhere else.
