Anytime Fitness

I have gone here whenever I'm in town on vacation visiting family. The staff is very helpful and friendly even to guests like me. I mostly do weight lifting and the facility has a wide variety of free weights and exercise machines for all muscle groups. I go in the early morning and it has never been too crowded. They have individual shower rooms. I shower after working out and have never had to wait for a shower. Overall it's a relatively small place but fully equipped and a nice place to workout.
