My car died and my husband and father both believed it was the alternator. We had it towed to Anglers, called them told them our thoughts and asked them to fix the car. Five days later we had heard NOTHING from them. My husband called on that fifth day and they told him that it was ready and that there was no charge. (the no charge had me suspicious) When my husband arrived to get the car he was handed the keys and no one offered any explanation or to tell us what was or was not done to the car. The car died on the way back to our home. When I called the next day to ask what was done I was told a complementary battery cleaning. (it doesn't take five days to clean the battery and we had already tried that) when I explained that we had told them we believed it was the alternator and that I wanted to know what they checked and if they even looked at the alternator I was told he would look into it and asked for my phone number and my husbands phone number. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Worst costumer service.
