My husband called for a quote to have our RV winterized and was quoted a rate. We brought the RV in and had it serviced, paid the bill and had no complaints. Everything was done professionally and quality service. A few weeks later we received a letter in the mail apologizing for overcharging us for the service that was done along with a refund check for the difference in price. We didn't even notice that we'd been charged more than the quote.
In this day and age, for a business to not only notice they'd made a mistake but to voluntarily send the refund along with explanation tells me that this is a company I want to keep doing business with.
