My wife was rear ended by one of American Family's Insured while she was stopped at a red light. Our car is only 3 months old with less then 4,000 miles on it. Took them 6 day to accept Liability for the accident and now 13 days later they still have not paid for anything yet. I have to make all of the phone calls to them to get anything going and now they are screwing me out of the rental bill to drive the same size vehicle my wife has. They wanted to put her into a small car or SUV when we have 2 small children she drives with. At this point my car is fixed thanks to Geico (My Insurance), all bills have been paid by my Insurance and I had to pay $187 out of my pocket for the rental car. The adjuster Nicole Bonderahe is awful.
