Alterations By Lataya & Dry Cleaning

I used to go to the express alterations in Vancouver Mall but the ladies were always really rude so I decided to try to find another local alterations business in my area and Lataya alterations is actually right down the road from my house I took my New Year's dress in there to have a v neck line put in and it looked great I got a lot of compliments on my dress! I just recently took another dress in to be shortened and hemmed that I'm wearing out this weekend! great customer service,decent prices, friendly lady oh I even forgot to mention I had to work late on the night that I was supposed to pick up my New Year's dress and Lataya was in the restaurant next door and she actually opened her shop up so I could get my dress at night after closing hours! That's what I call customer satisfaction definitely recommend alterations by Lataya! The restaurant always smells really good one day I'll have to give it a try!

Columbia had sent me a broken jacket over the holiday season. Because the jacket was limited edition, Columbia wasn't able to fix or replace it. I wasn't sure what to do. Lataya was very kind and talked to me about my options for repairing the coat. While in the end, we decided it was best not to make an alteration. She spent 20 minutes trying to help me and I will be sure to bring all my mending needs to her in the future.
