Allstate Insurance Agent: Ronelle Funk Insurance Lacey

Ronelle has an awesome team who make me feel valued and important. I recently had a tree fall on my truck during a severe windstorm. I spoke with Edi and even though she was having a very busy morning(due to other wind related claims), she was super fast in getting Allstate Claims on the phone to start a claim. Edi stayed on the line with Allstate Claims and I until I had a claim number. She also suggested an Allstate preferred auto body shop (ABRA in McKenna), who did a fast and excellent job fixing my truck. I have had a few Allstate agents because I move around for work and Ronelle Funk agency is the only one I would rate as EXCELLENT and would STONGLY recommend to strangers, family and friends.
