Allstate Insurance Agent: Jeff D. Burnett

After being with Jeff, Christy and Allstate for 23 years I finally went to a different ins company. I got more coverage limits plus added road side assistance and my payment went from $304 a month with Allstate to $94 a month with safeco. I knew I had been overpaying but I didn't realize by that much. In the 23yrs I had Allstate I made 2 claims so they got well over $50,000 from me. When I called to cancel on May 16, 2018 Christy was super short with me and not even a thank you after 23 years of doing business with them. Pretty disappointed in how it was handled. My advice... shop around!
