It takes two months to make an initial appointment. When we needed to reschedule we were told we would need to wait an additional two months (four months total from our initial request). This was not a practical solution for us. However, they still kept our $150 deposit. Our request to be on a cancellation list was not honored.

Dr Sung has been an absolute godsend for my foster dog. He is a herding breed dog, who is highly intelligent, but also very high energy. He was sadly placed in the wrong home, and the adopter returned him a month later, frightened and snapping fearfully. The rescue needed an independent professional to evaluate him to decide if he could be rehabilitated and successfully rehomed. Dr. Sung and her team assessed the dog, and were able to explain that some of the dog's behaviors were fearful, while others were simply attention-seeking, such as barking and jumping. They provided a detailed report and training methods to use in working with the dog in my home, to help his behavior improve. Three months of follow-up support is provided with the cost of the evaluation appointment, so I was able ask questions during follow up calls and emails. At followup visits, Dr. Sung assessed his progress and I got a refresher class at each one. I felt she really understood the dog as well as I did after having him in my home. He made dramatic improvements in the time we worked together, and I'm grateful for her guidance and reassurance during the entire process. We are now able to begin looking for the dog's forever home, something that was not possible for him just six months ago.
