We hired All county to help manage our HOA. Doug is a very personable man and does a great job of selling the services. However he failed us miserably. I spent several hours with him on email, phone and text to try to get the work done that we had already paid him for. It seems he has quite an arsenal of excuses as to why work wasn't completed. EVEN when our last conversation spelled out to what the needs were and he clearly indicated he understood, when I would check to see if the work was done he would still try to use the excuse of misunderstanding or sick. If he hired staff to help with the HOA why would he not assign them the duties that needed to be done.? He had assured me he understood and that he had hired staff to help with the HOA. He has made no effort to contact us to get this all straightened out. We paid him over $3000 for initial set up and inspections. None of which he completed. We are working on getting the money back.
