She is great with already relaxed hair. Very fast, but a bit pricey. I did have Serena straighten my daughters hair, she is all natural about 4a hair texture. She didn't do a very good job and burned her hair some. She blow dried it and flat ironed it and the entire shop was full of smoke. She has an awesome personality. She is very upbeat and it was a pleasure being in her shop.
