I merely called to ask about parking and the employee just kept interrupting and interrupting me. You're either interrupting or you're not, there is no "feeling" or interpretation involved with it. Renee seemed very perturbed and rude for no reason. I've been consigning here since 2012 and I no longer live in Seattle hence the parking question. Because of her extremely rude attitude just over the phone I can only imagine what my experience would be in person. I will no longer buy or consign at Alexandra's due to her customer service today this morning 8/19/17. Also when inquiring about parking, an employee should never interrupt by saying "well what do ya got?", it's not appropriate to the subject or timing. Something less déclassé and more indicative of an "exclusively designer consignment shop" would be "what labels do you plan on bringing?"
