Pretty bad. My fiancé and I booked a car for my parents to come out to our wedding, using American Airlines rewards. Through some technicalities - they couldn't pick it up and my folks got stranded ten hours away and unable to make the road trip. Alamo corporate says we lose our payment and they can't refund us.
