oh my God, Akashic is food heaven for a decent price. if your looking at all the food trucks, I would highly suggest picking Akashic. their gunpowder fries are so freaking delicious, their burgers are unbeatable, and their vegan options are pretty damn amazing too if you're looking for vegan food. next time your looking at the olympia food trucks and wondering where to go, pick Akashic :)
