Additional Self Storage

I will NEVER use this place again!! We all have hard times in our life. The last two years for me have been an absolute nightmare (income wise) and I have had all kinds of problems making ends meet. If you fall behind here, they will only take CASH to let you back into your unit - - - -Yeah, that's right. And, no partial payments can be accepted - AT ALL!! (see the weird exception below) It's important to know that my ex has a storage unit that is privately owned. They work with her when times are tough. NOT HERE! Their response was for me to bring in cash whenever I could and they would keep it in their vault for me until I got caught up. REALLY??? Brittany may be nice (I don't know) but the company she works for only cares about $$$$$. In case you haven't figured it out, I lost everything in my unit to an auction. I managed to get caught back up a few times but doing that was such a financial hit when money was tight, I just couldn't stay caught up.The saddest part is, not the expensive items that were in there but the loss of the few items my Mother left me when she passed away.
