Additional Self Storage

I had been storing with them for a few years. Not sure what has happened, but the service is now horrible. I went to switch units, and after I had left, I was told needed to come back to sign an updated agreement. I couldnt that day, so I made a special trip across town to do it two days later only to be told that I could have done this on line. I also made arrangements to have the new balance taken out with my auto pay at the start of the next month, and came home the next day to find out it was taken out without my knowledge. This is not the first time I have had payment issues with this facility. There are places out there with better prices, and a heck of a lot better service. I will be taking my business back to Public Self Storage.

My grandparents stored their stuff here for less than a year and a good portion of it was stolen. The people here are polite but some are rather incompetent. Upon discovering that items had been stolen, we walked to the office and reported the problem. The clerk said that he was walking around the other day and saw a few locks that had obviously been cut lying on the ground. Apparently, what they do is cut the lock YOU put on and REPLACE it with a different lock. This is why your key doesn't work... Made me wonder if he is the one who cut them and stole the stuff! They said there was nothing they could do about it because we didn't know the exact day it was broken into. What's the point of security systems if they don't use them? Using these lockers ideally is to trust them to store your stuff without worrying about it for months. This place does not offer that.
