My son rolled our car last Thursday morning as a result of winter weather. Action Towing went and got the car. Later Thursday morning I went there and retrieved our personal things from the car as I was sure that it was totaled. Saturday I got a form in the mail from them saying that I had 120 hours from the incident to retrieve the car from them or they would assume that I had abandoned it and would sell it at auction and I would not be allowed to bid on it. I went into their office this morning (Monday) at 8:00 am to pay the towing fee and told them I wasn't happy about not being told last Thursday about the 120 hour requirement. I also told the General Manager that I had read the three ratings they had on the internet and they all were one star out of five. He just shrugged and said they don't do anything with the internet.
This is the poorest customer service that I have experienced in a very long time.
