I took my Subaru in to get detailed, high performance inside and out. The best package they offered. I found some significant staining/discolorations on the plastic around the shifter and radio when I picked it up. It looks to be some sort of plastic damage from the cleaners they used. Bear in mind it had no such discoloration before
I brought it up with the employees there and they told me it won't come out, there's nothing they can do.
The rest of the work was pretty good. Not perfect, but good. However the stained plastic on my console really ruined the experience for me. The guys there didn't offer me any solution for the damage they caused, didn't offer a refund or reduced price for the service. Just a "sorry we can't do anything."
Not only am I out $440 for the price of a detail, but now I need to go to Subaru and buy replacement parts. I'd think these guys would have a better knowledge of what chemicals to use, especially given the prices.
I won't be coming here again.
