ACC-TECH

Not terribly impressed. Had to pay $46 something up front for them to diagnose my laptop. They called a week later to state they had an idea of what the problem was but it would be $100 an hour to try. I declined as that is an outrageous rate on top of what I already spent. Especially when it wasn't a guaranteed fix. I was referred here but disappointed in the result.

Acc-Tech is the computer store for all of my computing needs. I have purchased laptop and desktop computers over the years and they have been very helpful in building the computer for my specific needs. Whenever there is a problem, which is very rarely, all I have to is give them a call and if the can fix something remotely they take care of it or if I have to bring it in they get it back to me in a very timely manner as they know I need it to run my business. I have no problem in recommending them when someone I know is looking for a computer.

I had multiple malware issues - people in my address books were receiving email I hadn't sent. I tried (and failed) to fix it myself. When I started losing programs due to .dll failures I took the computer in to Acc-tech and they cleaned everything up. The price seemed reasonable to me and they got the computer back to me in two days. I'm very happy
