I called just to get an estimate for pricing, like I have a few other places. They won't tell me any pricing until I schedule an appointment, come in, and see them. THEN I can get an estimate. I asked "So I'm not able to just get a pricing estimate over the phone?" "No, we don't do that here, you have to come in." I know my glass needs replaced, I know the make, model, and year of my truck, even if it's not exact.. my schedule is very limited and I have one day off a week. I can't afford to wait and find out at the "next available appointment". I'm just looking for an idea of price to decide where I will go and also just to be able to put it in my budget. Not happy with this place and I was only on the phone with them for 2 minutes.
