Just an overall bad experience. When I arrived to pick up the car the first time, replacement parts were dinged and scratched. They also missed fixing some other items that were damaged in the accident. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to pick up a 2nd time after the additional repairs were made.
I recently noticed missing internal parts from the area that was affected by the accident. When I called and asked, the Rep put the blame on the shop that does my oil changes... As if they would take off/steal parts when changing someone's oil... If I am in need of auto body work in the future, I will look elsewhere.
