Can't order my glasses through ray-ban but still charged my insurance, then chargeback on my insurance and claimed they never charged in the first place, can't get the lenses fixed for what they gave me the first time until I pay the account balance which shouldn't be paid until I recover what I am paying for.
Am I being ridiculous here?
