If I could give no start I would!!!
The owner gave a bid on a job with a tight time line. He was scheduled and everything. He waited until we would be stuck with him and up'd the price 3,300. His updated bid hid the new items in list of 35 things to do. I had to take the time to compare these list to find out what the additional cost was for. The four items in no way justified the increase.
I asked him about it and he said "I didn't realized your budget was so tight I couldn't get additional 2k out of the job. If I would have known that I would have never agreed to do the job."
He is unorganized, sneaky and unprofessional!
