Rude and inconsiderate. Tried renting a U-Haul from these people and was told that I would be unable to rent a U-Haul unless I provided my email. Then to come find out they no longer have Military discounts for there rentals except storage. So then she had to read me a statement and asked me if I understood and I said yes to all of her questions and she told me that I did not have to be rude and that she wasn't going to rent to me unless I shaped up my attitude well yes I was disappointed but to have her go off on me like that and threatened that she was going to take the video and give it to her district manager for U-Haul, she was very nasty and her tone of voice towards me very rude about the whole situation and very unpleasant to deal with. Next time I will just rent a trailer from another location or another company and bring it with me to Ocean Shores if I have to but never again will I rent or patronize this location
