21 Cellars

Today we toured and tasted at 21 Cellars in Tacoma. Katrina was a wonderful "guide" and "Wine Concierge". She taught us a lot about the varieties of grapes and the land they are grown on. She explained why they use French Oak casks and why you should, if you can, let a bottle set for a few months to age it even more, although it is not necessary. I highly recommend a trip to this little winery that is located on 21st street and is in the cellar. How appropriate!

Phillip at 21 cellars is an amazing person and makes even more amazing wine. Wonderful customer service and he definitely won us over as a repeat customer. I could not be happier with our experience and highly recommend this place to anyone from wine beginners to wine connoisseurs. Wonderful!
